Lawsuit Filed: Allegations of Sexual Abuse Against Christian Combs

In a recent lawsuit naming both men, Christian Combs, the son of musician, producer, and businessman Sean “Diddy” Combs, is accused of sexual abuse.

According to Grace O’Marcaigh, the plaintiff’s attorney, the 31-page case was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday.

O’Marcaigh worked as a crew member and bartender on a yacht leased by Sean Combs and his family in December 2022, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit claims that although the trip was “sold as a wholesome family excursion,” it actually became a “hedonistic environment,” with suspected sex workers and other celebrities frequently being invited along.

According to the lawsuit, Christian Combs forced O’Marcaigh to take a shot of tequila early on December 28 and then attacked her. According to the lawsuit, O’Marcaigh thinks that the tequila that Christian Combs brought with him might have been tainted with narcotics.

Although Sean Combs is named in the case on charges of responsibility and aiding and abetting, he is not accused of sexual assault.

Sean and Christian Combs’ lawyer, Aaron Dyer, told CNN in a statement that they think the case is full of “manufactured lies and irrelevant facts” and that they will be attempting to “dismiss this outrageous claim.”

Following searches of Sean Combs’ properties in the Miami area and Los Angeles this week by federal authorities, this lawsuit is the most recent in a string of ones brought against him. He is charged with several counts of sexual misconduct and other criminal offenses in the prior litigation. The music industry tycoon refuted each and every accusation.

Citations audio recording in lawsuit

According to O’Marcaigh, the audio recording from the temporary recording studio on the yacht is what started the claimed attack, and this is supported by the lawsuit. A portion of the transcript that is part of the lawsuit claims that O’Marcaigh asked Christian Combs, “Are you drugging me?” as he was being forced to take a shot, and Combs replied, “Take the shot.”

One day after the singer filed her complaint in November 2023, Diddy and Ventura came to an agreement. This was the first case in a string of allegations of sexual abuse against Diddy. However, a representative for the rapper refuted Ventura’s claims and stated that the settlement was “in no way an admission of wrongdoing.

According to the lawsuit, Christian Combs “cornered” O’Marcaigh in a room on the yacht and “became physical and extremely aggressive.”

According to the petition, Combs forced himself on O’Marcaigh by grabbing her arm. He only stopped when another yacht staff entered the room.
