The highly anticipated 11th studio album by the Grammy Award winner was initially made available on Apple Music on Friday, before its planned midnight release. Swift then unexpectedly dropped a follow-up 15-song album, “TTPD: The Anthology,” at 2 a.m. EDT.

The first 16 tracks of the album “Tortured Poets Department” appear to be a calm and pleasant listen at first, but if you listen closely, as most avid Swifties do, you’ll find that Swift explores waves of grief, longing, rage, and introspection in her chaotic and intricate lyrics.
