“Jackson is appreciative of his family’s and friends’ support throughout the past year. Jackson Mahomes’ attorney, Brandan Davies, told CNN on Friday that Jackson entered a plea of not guilty to one count of simple violence and was sentenced to six months of unsupervised probation. “The case is now closed, and we will not be making any more statements. Jackson just wanted to move on with his life and get the case over with.”
The Johnson County District Attorney’s Office apprehended Mahomes in May 2023 and charged him with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one crime of battery.
