Rapper Travis Scott was issued a warning for disorderly intoxication and then detained early on Thursday morning on suspicion of trespassing on property, according to county jail records.

According to authorities and jail records, Scott, whose legal name is Jacques Bermon Webster, was taken into custody at the Miami Beach Marina at 1:44 in the morning and was checked into jail at 4:35 in the morning.

According to jail records, a $650 bond has been submitted for the 33-year-old. According to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County, Scott bailed out of jail on Thursday at eight in the morning.
