
In a December 13 Instagram post, Simran Valecha, a weight reduction, fitness, and health specialist, revealed how she used artificial intelligence (AI) to lose 10 kg while eating ice cream. The precise cue she used to lose weight
She described how ChatGPT customized her meal plan to fit her requirements and tastes. The ChatGPT prompt that Simran shared is as follows: “I weigh [weight] and I am [height].” I want to reduce my weight in a way that will last. Would you kindly make me an Indian diet plan with three main courses and two to four snacks? I work [timing: ex, 9 -6] job and spend [hours spent travelling] / I work from home. I workout in the [morning/evening/night]. My preferences for breakfast include [write your preferences] My preferences for lunch include [write your preferences] My preferences for dinner include [write your preferences].”

She described how ChatGPT tailored her customized meal plan to her interests and needs. This is the ChatGPT prompt that Simran provided: In terms of weight, I am [height] and [weight]. Losing weight in a sustainable way is what I want. I would appreciate it if you could make me an Indian diet plan with three main meals and two to four snacks. I work [hours spent traveling] and work from home [time: e.g., 9–6]. I work out [morning, evening, or night]. Among my breakfast preferences are [write your preferences]. I would like to eat lunch with [insert your preferences]. [Write your choices] is what I would like for supper.
“With AI changing how we all live, and we can all get a diet plan online – I understand that what you actually need to lose weight,” Simran added in her caption.
She also said:
1. Encouragement to follow the diet since we recognize that every day is unique
2. A person who can advise you on how to eat at restaurants while following a diet
3. Someone to confide in when you’re stressed and eat a brownie at two in the morning
4. Someone who can actually tell you what to do, as every “expert” has a different idea about how to lose weight.
