New Delhi, November 13, 2025: Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah has vowed that those responsible for the Delhi car explosion near Red Fort will face the harshest punishment, sending a global message that India will never tolerate acts of terrorism. He said the government’s firm response will serve as a deterrent against future attacks on the nation.
“The action taken against the culprits will show the world that India will not tolerate terrorism in any form. The message will be clear — anyone who tries to harm our country will face the most severe consequences,” Shah declared.
He reaffirmed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s zero-tolerance policy toward terrorism will be implemented in full force, ensuring accountability for every individual linked to the deadly explosion that killed and injured multiple people near the Red Fort on November 10.
Zero Tolerance for Terrorism, Focus on National Security
The Home Minister emphasized that India is moving forward with a dual focus — maintaining National Security and promoting rural empowerment — under the decisive leadership of Prime Minister Modi. He noted that the government’s approach to counterterrorism combines both security enforcement and socio-economic development to ensure long–term stability.
“Our government is committed not just to punishing the guilty but to building a stronger, more secure India,” Shah stated.
Inauguration of Key Projects in Gujarat
Amit Shah made the remarks while inaugurating the Sagar Organic Plant and Shri Motibhai R. Chaudhary Sagar Sainik School in Gujarat through video conference. He extended heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the Delhi blast, reaffirming the government’s support and solidarity during this difficult time.
The Home Minister highlighted that the newly inaugurated Motibhai Chaudhary Sagar Sainik School will inspire young Indians to join the Armed Forces and contribute to national defence. He said the initiative is part of Prime Minister Modi’s vision to establish 100 new Sainik schools across the country under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
“This school will make Mehsana proud and will serve as a foundation for grooming future leaders and soldiers of the nation,” Shah remarked, underscoring the importance of integrating education with patriotism and nation-building.
Strengthening Rural India and the Dairy Sector
During his address, Shah also praised Dudhsagar Dairy and the dairy farmers of Banaskantha for their pivotal role in Gujarat’s White Revolution. He commended the cooperative model that transformed the state’s dairy Economy, making it a benchmark for the rest of India.
According to the Home Minister, the Modi government aims to double the income of livestock producers by ensuring that at least 50% of milk produced by cooperative societies reaches both domestic and international Markets. This, he said, would empower rural communities and boost India’s agri-based economy.
India’s Message to the World
Amit Shah concluded by reiterating that India’s firm action against the perpetrators of the Red Fort explosion will not only deliver justice but also send a powerful message worldwide. “No one who threatens India’s sovereignty and peace will go unpunished,” he asserted.
