Honorable Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patelji, Honorable Deputy Chief Minister Shri Harsh Sanghviji, Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modiji, distinguished dignitaries, respected business leaders, and dear friends,

I begin with Jai Somnath.

Gujarat and the entire nation are feeling the positive spiritual energy generated by our beloved Prime Minister’s prayers at Somnath. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to our Param Aadaraneeya Pradhan Mantriji for bestowing this great honor upon Saurashtra and Kutch by personally attending the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit.

It is a privilege to participate in the first-ever Regional Vibrant Gujarat Summit in this historic city of Rajkot, after two decades of Vibrant Gujarat being hosted in Gandhinagar. This summit will play a crucial role in accelerating development across the Saurashtra region.

I bow to Rajkot, a city that truly lives up to its name—a Raja among Gujarati cities. I also pay my respects to the sacred soil of Saurashtra, as my revered father, Shri Dhirubhai Ambani, was a proud son of this land. He was born in Chorwad, not far from here.

Respected Prime Minister,

Under your leadership, India’s civilizational confidence has been reignited. Never before have we witnessed such optimism, self-belief, and national energy as we see today. Your vision has redefined India’s trajectory for the next fifty years and beyond.

History will record that during the Modi era, India moved from potential to performance, from ambition to action, and from being a follower to becoming a decisive global force.

Today, as I stand before you, I make five firm and unwavering pledges.

First Promise: Unprecedented Investment in Gujarat

Reliance is already the largest investor in Gujarat, having invested over ₹3.5 lakh crore in the state over the past five years. I am proud to announce that over the next five years, we will double this investment to ₹7 lakh crore.

This commitment will generate greater wealth, employment opportunities, and sustainable livelihoods for every Gujarati and for the nation as a whole.

Second Promise: Global Leadership in Green Materials and Clean Energy

At Jamnagar, Reliance is building the world’s largest integrated clean energy ecosystem. This includes solar manufacturing, battery energy storage, green hydrogen, green fertilizers, sustainable aviation and marine fuels, and advanced materials.

These are not merely industries of the future; they are the foundation of a prosperous and sustainable India. In the coming years, Jamnagar—once known as a major exporter of hydrocarbon energy—will emerge as India’s largest exporter of green energy and green materials.

Third Promise: Making Kutch a Global Clean Energy Hub

Our multi-gigawatt, utility-scale solar project in Kutch—among the largest in the world—will power India’s green transition. Supported by advanced energy storage and modern grid integration, it will deliver clean power round the clock and firmly establish Gujarat as a renewable energy leader.

Fourth Promise: Positioning Gujarat as India’s AI Leader

With the clear goal of democratizing artificial intelligence, Reliance is building India’s largest AI-ready data center in Jamnagar. Jio will launch a people-first AI platform—built in India, for India, and for the world.

This platform will allow citizens, starting with Gujarat, to access AI services on their own devices, in their own languages, and as part of their everyday lives, enhancing productivity and efficiency across sectors.

Fifth Promise: Supporting India’s Social Progress and Olympic Dreams

The Reliance Foundation stands ready to support the Prime Minister’s vision of hosting the 2036 Olympic Games in Ahmedabad. As a tangible step, Reliance will partner with the Gujarat government to manage the Veer Savarkar Multi-Sports Complex in Naranpura.

This facility will help nurture India’s future sporting champions while hosting national and international competitions. Additionally, Reliance is expanding its educational institutions and establishing a world-class hospital in Jamnagar and the wider Saurashtra region.
