With three victors leaving their mark on history, India has an impressive record at Miss Universe. In 1994, Sushmita Sen became the first Indian Miss Universe, and in 2000, Lara Dutta did the same. In 2021, twenty years later, Harnaaz Sandhu returned with the crown.
All eyes will be on Thailand as Manika Vishwakarma gets ready to follow in the footsteps of these international legends to see if she can win India’s fourth Miss Universe title.
