DailyObjects Stack Phone Ecosystem Review: Modular Phones Might Still Be a Dream, but Modular Accessories Are Here

Despite years of innovation, a truly modular smartphone ecosystem still feels out of reach. Yet, the idea of customizing and swapping out components to match your style or needs isn’t dead – it’s just taken a different form. The DailyObjects Stack ecosystem embraces that vision, delivering a lineup of modular phone accessories that combine creativity, functionality, and fun.

I’ve always admired good design that’s not just aesthetic but practical. That’s why DailyObjects has consistently caught my attention – and with its new Stack collection, the brand has once again found a balance between innovation and simplicity. The products are sleek, colorful, and smartly built to make your everyday smartphone experience more personal.

Design and Concept: Lego for Your iPhone

Think of the Stack ecosystem as a modular marketplace for your iphone accessories. It includes a wide range of lanyards, wallets, grips, and stands – all connected using a simple stack-and-lock system, much like Lego blocks. I tried it out with a dark case for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the results were impressive.

The color plate at the bottom of the case matched the shade of the cover perfectly, but you can swap it from the inside whenever you want a change. The modularity doesn’t stop there – you can replace the color plate with a stand attachment that clicks neatly into the holes of the case and folds out for hands-free use. It took me a minute to figure out the mechanism, but it’s clever. You can also replace the stand with a lanyard if you’d rather hang your phone from your shoulder or neck.

Practicality Meets Personalization

Beyond the bottom stack plate, the MagSafe-compatible accessories are equally smart. You can attach a wallet stand to the back of your iPhone, which looks like a stick-on battery pack at first glance. But it’s actually a flip-out cardholder that doubles as a phone stand. You can store credit cards, IDs, or even business cards – and simply flip it out to prop your phone up while watching a video or attending a call. Very handy.

However, there’s one drawback: if you want to use wireless charging, you’ll need to remove the case. Also, removing cards from the all-metal wallet can be a bit tricky. Personally, I found it better for carrying visiting cards – something useful for quick exchanges on the go.

Custom Combinations and Comfort

To test the modular concept further, I tried another combination – a grey cover with a green stack plate and a black MagSafe grip and stand. The grip attaches magnetically to the back of the iPhone and fits snugly, letting me hold the phone comfortably without it slipping or adding bulk. It’s especially convenient for one-handed use or long texting sessions. The stand function also works perfectly for watching movies or video calls, especially during flights or work breaks.

Pricing and Availability

The Stack color plates start at Rs 799, while the cases are priced around Rs 1,499. The wallet stand costs Rs 2,999, and the grip accessory is priced at Rs 1,499. The beauty of this lineup is that you can start small – with just a case – and gradually expand your collection. Currently, the Stack ecosystem is available only for the latest iPhone models.

Verdict: A Smart Step Toward Everyday Modularity

The DailyObjects Stack ecosystem shows that while a fully modular smartphone may still be a distant dream, modular accessories are already making that idea a reality. By allowing users to mix and match stylish, functional components, DailyObjects has created an ecosystem that’s fashionable, practical, and uniquely Indian in its design sensibility.

It’s refreshing to see an Indian brand explore smart design thinking and turn it into something that’s not only innovative but also enjoyable to use – making your phone truly yours, one stack at a time.
