The WWE star took to X to update fans about the situation and revealed that he was using the unexpected downtime to interact with them through a question-and-answer session.

“Bus broke down on the side of the road (still going to make the house show!) but while we pass the time… Old school. Q/A Use #CodyBus,” Rhodes wrote.

The WWE House Show is scheduled to take place at the SNHU Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire. Cody Rhodes is expected to face Randy Orton in a rematch from WrestleMania 42.

The answer highlighted the influence Dusty Rhodes continues to have on Cody’s wrestling career. Facing wrestlers who shared a history with his father would also give Cody an opportunity to connect different generations of professional wrestling.
