Duleep Trophy 2025: Full squads, match schedule, date and venue

The Duleep Trophy in late August will mark the start of the fantastic Indian home cricket season for 2025–2026. After a break from the four-team format last year, when the squads were directly chosen by the senior national selectors rather than going through the hassle of zonal selections, the Duleep Trophy, which is primarily played as a warm-up for India’s home long home Test season, will resume its previous zonal format system.

The tournament will start with the quarterfinal matches between the Central Zone and North East Zone and the North Zone and East Zone, even though there were no knockout matches the previous season. South Zone and West Zone, the finalists of the most recent zonal edition in 2023, have secured their spots in the tournament’s semi-finals.
