Ryder Corral, 19, was taken into custody by Phoenix police on Sunday morning for demolishing a memorial in front of the Turning Point USA (TPUSA) headquarters.
Bystanders held Ryder Corral until police arrived, and authorities confirmed that he was taken into arrest. The incident happened close to 48th Street and Beverly Road, where a community memorial had been erected in Memory of Charlie Kirk, the founder of TPUSA and a conservative activist who was shot dead on September 10 during an event at Utah Valley University.
Videos posted online show Corral attempting to demolish the memorial before a man wearing a blue shirt pulls him down. The suspect was detained until police officers, who were already in position to control traffic, stepped in.

CHARGES AGAINST RYDER CORRAL
The Phoenix Police recognized Corral as a local male, aged 19. He is presently facing several allegations, such as criminal damage and unruly conduct. During the altercation, nobody was seriously hurt.
Although witnesses described the atmosphere as stressful, they also reported that before authorities came, community members moved swiftly to preserve the memorial.
Charlie Kirk was killed a few days earlier, and the memorial that was attacked in the incident was built in his honor. Both the conservative community and the larger political community were taken aback by his murder.
Turning Point USA said that State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona will host a large memorial ceremony on September 21. The gathering will open at 8 am, with the programme scheduled to begin at 11 am. It is anticipated that thousands will show up.
Online, the vandalism event has been widely condemned, with many people urging that the memorial be treated with respect. TPUSA has pledged to carry on honoring Kirk’s life and legacy in spite of the disruption, highlighting solidarity and fortitude in the face of grief.
