Bo Dallas is officially free to work outside WWE after the former Uncle Howdy star completed his 90-day non-compete clause following his departure from the promotion earlier this year.

Dallas became closely associated with the Uncle Howdy character following the passing of his brother, Bray Wyatt. He eventually formed The Wyatt Sicks alongside Joe Gacy, Dexter Lumis, Erick Rowan, and Nikki Cross.

Bo Dallas Becomes a Free Agent

The Wyatt Sicks made their memorable WWE debut on RAW in June 2024. The faction quickly became one of the most visually distinctive groups on WWE television and eventually captured the Tag Team Championship.

However, the faction’s momentum slowed as the group became involved in several prolonged storylines. The Wyatt Sicks feuded with groups including American Alpha, The Final Testament, and MFT, although the stable never reached the level of popularity many fans expected.

In April 2026, WWE released Bo Dallas and the other members of The Wyatt Sicks from their contracts. Dallas subsequently became subject to a 90-day non-compete clause, preventing him from immediately appearing for other wrestling promotions.

That restriction has now expired, meaning the former NXT Champion is officially a free agent and can accept wrestling bookings outside WWE.

Bo Dallas Announced for Lexington Comic & Toy Convention

Interestingly, Dallas has yet to wrestle since leaving WWE. However, he has already secured a major public appearance outside the company.

The former Uncle Howdy was recently announced as a guest for the Lexington Comic & Toy Convention. The event is scheduled to take place from September 4 through September 6 at the Central Bank Center in Lexington, New York.

While his convention appearance does not confirm an imminent return to the wrestling ring, it represents one of Dallas’ first major public engagements since becoming a free agent.

The Wyatt Sicks Had Bigger Plans for WWE

The Wyatt Sicks featured a unique presentation that separated the group from most other WWE factions. Despite that, the stable’s creative direction left many fans believing that the group never reached its full potential.

Joe Gacy recently revealed that The Wyatt Sicks had even pitched the idea of starring in their own creepy sitcom on WWE programming.

The concept would have featured the members behaving like an unconventional family in a strange living-room setting, complete with awkward laugh tracks and bizarre situations. Gacy compared the idea to the surreal presentation used in WandaVision.

However, the concept never made it to WWE television.

What’s Next for Bo Dallas?

Bo Dallas’ next move remains unclear. With his WWE non-compete clause now expired, he has the freedom to explore opportunities across the wrestling industry.

Gacy and Lumis are already working together on the independent wrestling scene, while Dallas has yet to make his return to in-ring competition.

Whether the former Uncle Howdy eventually reunites with his former Wyatt Sicks teammates or begins an entirely new chapter outside WWE remains one of the more intriguing questions surrounding his wrestling future.
