Shardul Thakur Reveals Rohit Sharma Used His Bat for Historic Lord’s Century Against England

Rohit Sharma delivered a statement performance in the third ODI against England at Lord’s, smashing 138 runs from just 110 deliveries. Although India fell 27 runs short in their chase of 388 and lost the series 2-1, Rohit’s century became one of the biggest talking points of the match.

“Rohit once requested me to give him a couple of bats since he loved them. We all love him, and denying him the bat was out of question. I’m really happy that he scored his historic hundred at Lord’s using one of my bats,” Thakur said.
