Wuthering Waves 3.8 Banners: Lily Release Date and Reruns

The Wuthering Waves 3.8 banners have been officially revealed during the latest special program, giving players a look at the upcoming Resonator lineup and rerun schedule. The update will introduce Lily as its featured new 5-star character, while several previously released Resonators, including Sigrika, Qiuyuan, Yangyang Xuanling, Suisui and Hiyuki, will also return.

Wuthering Waves Version 3.8 will feature two banner phases, each offering a selection of 5-star and 4-star Resonators. The first phase will focus on Lily alongside two 5-star reruns, while the second phase will feature three returning 5-star characters.

Lily, Sigrika and Qiuyuan featured in Phase 1

Lily will be the main attraction of the first phase of Wuthering Waves 3.8. Her banner is scheduled to become available when the update launches on November 12, 2026. She is one of the characters from the New Federation, a nation located on Solaris-3.

According to the official livestream, Lily is a 5-star Spectro Resonator who uses a pistol as her weapon. Her role focuses on off-field support, with abilities that allow her to heal allies. This combination of support and healing makes her an addition for players looking to strengthen their team compositions.

Sigrika will accompany Lily as a returning 5-star Resonator. She is an Aero character from Lahai-Roi who specialises in dealing damage through her Echo Skill. Her DPS-focused abilities allow her to unleash powerful Echo Skill Damage, making her a returning option for players interested in this combat style.

Qiuyuan will also return during the first phase. The 5-star Aero Resonator is designed as a support character for teams that rely on Echo Skills. His role makes him particularly relevant to players building compositions around Echo Skill-based damage.

The first phase will also include three 4-star Resonators: Youhu, Aalto and Yangyang. Youhu belongs to the Glacio element, while Aalto and Yangyang are Aero characters.

The weapon banners will feature signature weapons associated with the featured characters. Lily’s arrival will introduce a new pistol called Lullaby, which will be her signature weapon. Yangyang Xuanling, Suisui and Hiyuki return in Phase 2

The second phase of Wuthering Waves 3.8 will focus entirely on returning characters. Yangyang Xuanling, Suisui and Hiyuki will headline the rerun lineup, giving players another opportunity to obtain these 5-star Resonators.

Yangyang Xuanling is a 5-star Havoc DPS character who uses different combat stances to apply Havoc Bane to enemies. This effect reduces the target’s defence, allowing her to follow up with a powerful finishing attack. Her stance-based combat style is central to her damage output.

Suisui will return as a 5-star Glacio Resonator. She can switch between different stances to provide buffs to allies, particularly teammates who apply negative status effects to enemies. Her abilities also allow her to heal team members when necessary, giving her both supportive and healing capabilities.

Hiyuki is the third 5-star character featured in Phase 2. She is a Glacio DPS Resonator and is described as one of the strongest damage dealers in the game. Her rerun gives players another chance to add her to their collection or obtain additional copies.

The second phase will also feature three 4-star characters. Danjin is a Havoc Resonator, Baizhi belongs to the Glacio element, and Yuanwu uses the Electro element.
