Mahesh Babu’s Son Gautam Ghattamaneni Gives Nani’s The Paradise One Star, Calls Editing ‘Atrocious’
Gautam Ghattamaneni, son of Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu, has shared his candid opinion of Nani‘s film The Paradise, giving it just one star on Letterboxd. Gautam, whose film reviews have attracted attention on social media, praised the cinematography and performances in emotional scenes but expressed disappointment with the film’s overall execution and editing.
His latest review comes after fans noticed his ratings for several other films, including Yash’s Toxic and some of his father Mahesh Babu’s movies. Gautam’s straightforward opinions have sparked interest among film enthusiasts, with his Letterboxd activity becoming a talking point online.
What Gautam Ghattamaneni Wrote About The Paradise
In his Letterboxd review, Gautam acknowledged a few aspects of The Paradise that worked for him but criticised the film’s other elements.
“I liked the cinematography and the acting in emotional scenes. I liked nothing else. Very disappointing. Also the editing was just atrocious,” he wrote.
The one-star rating and blunt assessment reflected his disappointment with the film. While he appreciated its visual presentation and performances in emotional sequences, he was critical of the overall filmmaking and editing.
Gautam’s Letterboxd Account Draws Attention
Gautam’s Letterboxd profile previously attracted widespread attention after fans discovered his candid reviews and ratings. Following the online buzz, he initially removed the link to his account from his Instagram bio.
He has since added it back, accompanied by a playful message acknowledging the attention his film opinions have received.
“Welcome to this apparently national news worthy page. I will try to live up to that,” his profile reads, followed by sobbing and V-sign emojis.
The caption suggests that Gautam is aware of the attention surrounding his reviews and is responding to it with humour.
