Chasing 183 for victory, South Delhi Superstarz reached 186/3 in 18.2 overs to lift the DPL 2026 trophy.

Anmol Sharma provided the foundation of the chase with 64 from 42 deliveries, hitting six fours and three sixes. He was followed by Ankit Dabas, who produced one of the defining innings of the final, remaining unbeaten on 61 from just 33 balls with five fours and four sixes.

Captain Tejasvi Dahiya added further momentum with a quick 33 from 18 deliveries, including three fours and three sixes. Ekansh Dobal finished unbeaten on seven from three balls and sealed the championship with a six.

Central Delhi Kings Post Competitive Total

Earlier, Central Delhi Kings posted 182/8 after being asked to bat first. Samarth Singh was their leading scorer with a fluent 51 from 27 balls, while captain Jonty Sidhu contributed 36 from 19 deliveries, including three sixes.

Yugal Saini added 32 from 29 balls, while Money Grewal provided a late attacking contribution of 18 from just seven deliveries.

South Delhi’s bowling attack played an important role in keeping Central Delhi to a chaseable total. Divansh Rawat led the attack with three wickets for 17 runs, while Vision Panchal claimed two wickets. Ankit Dabas, Pranshu Vijayran and Anshuman Hooda took one wicket each.

Ultimately, the final belonged to South Delhi’s batting unit. Their ability to maintain a strong scoring rate throughout the chase ensured that Central Delhi’s 182 was overhauled with ten deliveries remaining.
