The AAA champion immediately capitalized on the opening, hitting Prosper with a Superkick before following up with the Mexican Muscle Buster.

Fenix then covered Prosper and secured the three-count, successfully retaining his AAA World Cruiserweight Championship.

Rey Fenix Could Face Roman Reigns

Fenix’s attention will now turn toward the tournament final, where he is scheduled to face his former Lucha Brothers partner Penta.

Fenix earned his place in the final by defeating Dragon Lee in a spectacular semifinal match on RAW. Penta also secured his place after defeating La Parka.

The upcoming clash between the two Lucha Brothers will determine who earns the opportunity to challenge Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship.
