Asuka’s last match came against IYO SKY at the Backlash premium live event in Tampa, Florida. Following the bout, she appeared on the RAW after Backlash, where she embraced IYO and bid farewell to the WWE fans.

During her break from WWE’s in-ring schedule, Asuka was recently seen at DIVA, a professional wrestling-themed restaurant in Japan.

The restaurant’s owner shared a picture with the former RAW Women’s Champion on social media, revealing that this was Asuka’s second visit to the establishment.

The owner also thanked Asuka for visiting and revealed that she gifted the restaurant some sake. The post quickly attracted attention from wrestling fans who have been following the Empress of Tomorrow’s absence from WWE programming.

Asuka’s Legendary WWE Career

Asuka has established herself as one of the most accomplished women’s wrestlers in WWE history since joining the company in 2015.
