Ekta Nagar (Kevadia), Gujarat: In a grand celebration marking the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Ekta Nagar on Thursday and Friday. During this two-day visit, the Prime Minister will unveil and lay the foundation stones for 24 new attractions and facilities around the Statue of Unity, with a total investment of Rs 1,220 crore.

Officials confirmed that Rs 600 crore worth of projects will be inaugurated, while new initiatives amounting to Rs 620 crore will see their foundation stones laid. The initiative aims to boost tourism, celebrate India’s unity, and further develop Ekta Nagar as a major national and international tourist destination.
